This looks gorgeous, colourful and very appetizing. I'm sure you couldn't wait for lunch. I was wondering about one thing though, with the onigiri popping out like that how did you manage to put the lid on?

I used to do it with my bare hands and it would always stick to my fingers and not to the main thing. I found out you can also do it with cling film or plastic wrap. So I tried that and it worked^^
